Please include documentation verifying the above by emailing it to sk.imnp@usask.ca. Your application will not be considered complete until documentation has been provided.

Please note, this award is open to First Nations, Métis, and Inuit students and both Indigenous and non-Indigenous faculty members with priority to Indigenous new investigators.

I agree to acknowledge the Mentorship Network's contribution to my work where relevant (i.e. when presenting research supported by these funds)

I will present my research project or proposal via a poster presentation at the Mentorship Network’s Annual Gathering (Date TBD, option to pre-record)

I agree to be featured on the Mentorship Network's website under 'Funding Recipients' i.e. info on research project and/or mentee/mentor experience
